Hmmm help lol

I'm about 10+ days late on what could of been my latest period still negative test with my first son i didn't get a positive till I was about 10 weeks. I have irregular periods but don't pass over 60 days anyways could this be what's happening this time my last period was September 9th I've been having the pelvic cramps sore breast feeling nauseous having trouble going to bed and getting comfortable back ache mood swings tiredness its starting to make me overwhelmed now
