How long did it take you to lactate/ produce milk when being a first time mom?

I’m on my 3 trimester (34 weeks) and nothing. Advice?

Milk comes in usually by 3 or 4 days after birth. Not during pregnancy. During pregnancy it's colostrum and if you don't have it now it isn't an indication of not being able to produce milk. Try not to worry about it

Not everyone leaks during pregnancy. I never did and my son is still breastfeeding at 14 months.

Never leaked at all during my whole pregnancy. 
 I gave birth at 37 weeks and had tons of colostrum according to the nurses. My actual milk came in by day 3 or 4

Being pregnant, don't worry. I started nursing day #1 and pumping day #2 because baby was in ICU and i refused formula. I never leaked when pregnant

I did not leak during my pregnancy, ever. 
But I did notice when I went to take a shower that there was a white dry thing on my nipples since the first trimester. 
I never leaked colostrum nor milk but the very first day my son was born I was able to feed him just fine (after a c section even) so don’t worry too much about it!

Small amount when stimulated during final 2 weeks, plenty of colostrum when Baby was born but my milk didn't come in properly for 4-5days.

I had zero leakage prior to our son being born.
Once your body no longer registers baby and placenta it's begins to produce colostrum and milk. 1-4days post delivery.
