I have been having very strong menstraul like cramps since friday now. On and off they can be any where to every 7-10 minutes to 30min apart the dont get closer and dont get strong then what theyve been but i am also getting very watery mucus on saturday i wiped and there was a lot of stretchy like mucus and now its watery. Im a bit confused on rather its bh or preterm. I will be contacting my doctor tomorrow if it continues but right now just wanting opinions. I do have pain in my lower back feel like i have to use the restroom but cant 😳 first pregnancy ladies any advice ?

Update: I came to L&D; and My water has broke and I am 2cm Dialated. Waiting on doc to come back.
