What cup do I use??

I’ve been using the SoftCup for ages now and used to love it. Lately though, I’ve been having trouble not having it leak! I tried the DivaCup and Lunette but my gOD it feels like my entire cervix and uterus are gonna be suctioned out when I take it out!
I’ve never liked tampons but that’s what I’ve resorted to now 😣 Any advice??

Are you breaking the seal before you pull it out? I don't typically suggest the sckoon but if you are having issues with too much suction it might be a nice try for you. I find it to be too soft for me.
