I was diagnosed with MTHFR & I also have 2 copies which is the most “dangerous” kind to have unless you take what you need to take & take your aspirin daily. I learned folic acid is actually poison to my body & my body can’t break folic acid to the natural form which is methylfolate. So I found this prenatal without folic acid & has methylfolate instead.

Just curious to know your experience with it. Did it cause any side effects? Your supposed to take this one 3 times a day which is gonna be difficult for me b/c I suck at taking very large pills.
