Hi ladies,

So I’m 10 weeks pregnant and I just have a question about essential oils. Is it dangerous to my pregnancy if I diffuse oils in my diffuser for just smell for the home? I’m not using them on my skin. I just saw a video on YouTube and the lady totally freaked me out saying to be careful diffusing oils while pregnant. I don’t know if she was saying while putting it on your skin or actually diffusing them in the diffuser. She wasn’t really clear about it. So I’m over here freaking out now cause I’ve been diffusing oils in my house for smell. 😣
