Should I take a test?

Got my period but it was really heavy and had extremely painful cramps. Had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago during fertile window and he did pull out. Since then I've been having nausea on and off, upset stomach, gas and mild cramps. Period ended 5 days ago and not feeling any better
