What were some of your signs before you went into labor?

Over the past few days this what’s been going on:

~Ended up in ER because I thought I was leaking. I wasnt.

~I’m already 1 cm dilated, 50% effaced and baby is at a -2.

~ I’ve had diarrhea the past two days for no reason

~ I’ve been losing pieces of my mucus plug all day

~ I’ve been more tired and achy

I haven’t been having Contractions that I know of. Is all this a sign that labor might happen soon? Or am I just overthinking everything?
