Abdominal cramping pain after sex
I just had sex and my bf came inside me and straight after I've had the worst cramps. I could cry they're so bad! I've had my IUD mirena for 3 weeks. He came inside me once before and I had a little bit of pain after but it went away super quick. This time it has lasted and it's horrible. Any ideas on what it could be please?
