(i am 21 and my [ex]boyfriend is 22) so we were together for 8 years and he broke up with me 430 AM on Tuesday, October 31... because he said he needs time alone, and because of past reasons built up, i fucked up a lot. trust was gone, he tried being with me, tried being happy, he cares about me but he just dosnt love me the same and he wants us to be on good terms, he hopes i can understand that.. we have talked almost everyday, he took his stuff. on thursday i had to go to therapy so he asked if he could shower and whatever while i was gone i said okay, i get out of my appointment and i message him asking if he got a ride home he said yes. but he only took his computer and said he will be back for the rest(only a few shirts and his school books) so why didnt he take them while he was here ?? we are also in a relationship on facebook still and we are his profile and cover pictures.. i know he is aware of this because he uses his facebook and messenger... on friday we were talking and i offered him a ride, he needed it... so i took him and then 4 in the morning he called and asked for a ride home and i said okay because i havent been sleeping or eating anyway. but so i went to pick him up and bring him home and when we got to his house he kissed me.. 5 times on the lips saying “i deserved it” so im so confused !

please someone help and give me advice 😢
