Crossfit while pregnant


I’m 4+4 today and plan to continue to go to my box 2-4 times a week. I’m not high risk and I’ve been doing crossfit for about 5 years at this point, so it’s not a major new change. My doctor has told me to continue working out as long as I don’t feel dizzy or have pain. Obviously certain lifts will be out when the bump makes it’s appearance and I know sit-ups are out after 12 weeks.

Just wanting to know if anyone has done crossfit all 9 months and what modifications needed to be made?
