Just found out I am pregnant, not sure how far along this app puts me at 4 weeks the Dr at 5. Started light bleeding nothing too heavy or bright red. Went to the Dr they did a HCG level check and it was 7.49. She said I might just have caught my pregnancy very early, and ovulated later. I will go back on Wed to see if it went up. If it did not I know I will lose the baby, but trying to stay hopeful.

Anyone else had a level like this before?

Update: started cramping more and did another pregnancy test you could barely see the line :/ I think I might be having another miscarriage :/
