He was breast fed for 5 months then formula and the last month we've been giving him food like baby cereal apples bananas peas etc in mush form. I was with him when he pooped this. He wasn't in pain or pushing hard I had to check to see if he pooped.

My daughter started pooping nuggets like that when we introduced solids too. She doesn’t strain when she pushes and she poops almost everyday, around noon. Lol

My daughters looks like that because of the solids. Sometimes she has a hard time and I give her prunes or prune juice. Then she goes. I wouldn’t worry unless he’s really struggling or not going at all.

I wouldn't just assume constipation, it could even be the way the poop got to stay after some sitting or rolling once out. If your little one is happy and tomorrow he has his poop like usual. Mama you're fine... this dudes have so much more to share with you when it comes to diapers. Prepare for the unknown!
