Am sure every pregnant woman on here is aware of the awful constipation we can go through sometimes during pregnancy.

So my question is, you know how we have to "try" hard to poop, is there any chance we can push out the baby instead, when exerting pressure lol?

I know it's probably a stupid question lol but it's just a weird fear I have which makes me not want to try to poop, and give up.
