I really need some opinions.

So I am in my fertile window (or I'm supposed to be) and I have yet to get a positive OPK. I have been using the cheap strips from eBay. They came in a pack of 50. My hubby checked my cervix and it was high and soft. Has anyone ever conceived even though they never received a positive OPK
