I’m asking because I thought it was completely normal for it to just be my fiancé and me, but everyone else seems to think they’re invited. I’ve said several times I just want the 2 of us and a few hours after DS is born to bond. I’m getting induced in less than 36 hours (41+1) and just tonight my MIL kept saying if I want someone who nonintrusive in there with me she will be there. When I say I just want it to be me and him she says he will probably say something to piss me off and I will want someone else and she is very nonintrusive. I’m sorry but that’s being incredibly intrusive already. Other family members on both sides have also been talking like they don’t get the hint and it’s super frustrating. I understand how lucky I am to have all this support but I am very adamant about it just being me and him. Idk how to express this without being a bitch because I am clearly not making myself clear. Or am I just weird and it’s normal to have an army in L&D; with you?
