I’m currently 4dpo in my tww. Up until a few weeks ago I️ was doing some pretty rigorous work out routines 3-4 times a week to lose some weight. I started in April of this year. I️ was off for about 3 weeks and am now returning to my regular schedule. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a bad idea and could disrupt a possible implantation or induce a miscarriage? I️ went back tonight and felt pretty good.
