5 weeks pregnant (help)

Ashley • Tue, Nov 07 • Married and have a 9 year old son. TTC Baby #2. I have been diagnosed with PCOS.

I took 2 tests and both were faint positives, my last period was September 27th so I’m supposed to be around 5 weeks if I am pregnant. Well I’m having bad lower back pain and cramping some. My abdomen feels sorta full. My breast are a little sore.. are these signs of pregnancy?
