All machines should be this way

I was at an airport somewhere in the east coast and noticed the machines that usually ask for a quarter so you can get your bits didn't charge anything. It literally said free. You shouldn't have to pay for something that you need in a jiff like that. It would be so nice if all bathrooms everywhere had that stuff there for you.
