Job Advice
Ok, so my bills are getting increased and now I need to pay a minimum of $1,800 or a maximum of $2,500. I have school evenings so about 3:00pm I'm doing school. I need to find a job where I can make that kind of money. Right now I'm only making $800/month at $10.50 per hour. There are a lot of other jobs in my area that are paying closer to $12.00 - $15.00 an hour. (For example McDonald's pays $15 hourly) My big thing is the scheduling because of school.
Where are some places that I can apply where I work early mornings? Or just that would be good to make that kind of money?
If I work 30 hours a week at $15/hour I can make $1,800. And if I work 40 hours per week at the same rate, I can make $2,500. It's just hard to find a full time job. I guess I could work two part time jobs? I need advice and help.
My bills are as follows for reference:
Car payment - $330 Car insurance - $220 Phone bill - $40 Dog food - $60 Food $300 Gas - $100 Utilities - $300 Current Rent - $450 (Possible Rent - $900 Other - $100 Savings - $150) The parentheses is where it is optional/might change. My rent might be increased because I might have to move and the other and savings are just things I would like to do but that increases my bills so only if I can afford it.
I need advice! I just can't think of where to start. Again, I could work two part time jobs I guess. But I would have to quit my job now because the pay isn't good and I'm working 20 hours a week.
(About taxes and take home pay) right now I'm only working 20 hours but I actually clock in about 23-24 hours so that takes care of my taxes. I am hoping that will transfer over to my new job but I am definitely considering taxes. This is all more of a rounded estimate to make it easier for people to follow.
