Numb arms/hands at night
When I sleep, I sleep with my hands up by my head, one under the pillow and the other over it.... I've been noticing my hands get tingly and I have to move them down but I can't sleep as comfortable like that... the one under my pillow goes numb and tingly first ... very annoying... why does this happen? I've never had that happen before pregnancy and I'm not 26 weeks 6 days! Has this happen to anyone else ?!?
