Am I feeling baby?

How did you ladies know for sure it was baby flutters/kicks? I'm 17 weeks and I keep feeling what I think is baby cause it's lower.. like in the middle of my lower stomach sorta. Just curious how you knew for sure.

The best way I’ve found to explain it is a muscle spasm. You know how sometimes a muscle in your arm will twitch or “jump” & you can see it jump? It feels like that.

At 17 weeks i felt my son first kick. It was like a little movement in the lower area . It’s hard to explain how it felt maybe like an hard poke to the stomach lol
