Has anyone took Wellbutrin while pregnant?

I literally just took a test and will take more today but It says I’m pregnant. Just wondering has anyone else taken it? I haven’t been to the doctor yet since I literally just found out. Should I wait and ask? I don’t want to do any harm to the baby. But I also don’t want to get off my medicine and be stressed and harm the baby. If that makes sense? Help please!

Definitely continue to take it! It’s very important that you don’t abruptly stop taking this medication as that can cause serious side effects! I️ would call the doctor as soon as possible and explain your situation. Even if they can’t get you in for an appointment for awhile, they might tell you it’s okay to continue on Wellbutrin or they may give you a temporary prescription for a different antidepressant deemed safer for pregnancy! It's very mild and probably ok. Class c or greater, I would stop. As for class B, the dr will weight the benefits of the medication. I would just ask the nurse when you make an appointment. They usually tell you NOT to stop any antidepressants cold turkey because that can be WORSE for you and baby. Good luck and CONGRATS!!!

Don’t change anything without speaking to your doctor first. Sometimes they want you stop cold turkey but sometimes they want you to wean off of it.

Thank all of y’all! I called my doctor and asked and the nurse is suppose to call me back. I take 100 mg twice a day but the past week I’ve been accidentally skipping my morning pill and haven’t really had any side effects I’ll prob do that for a few days then half my night one and then eventually go off of it too.

I take 300mg a day and my dr said it’s fine but I have fought depression my entire life and she thinks it may help prevent ppd. 
But I’d definitely go off of what your dr says.

my  Psychologist said to stop my  Wellbutrin as soon as possible. and I just seen her and in 7 weeks pregnant. I was on 100 mg.

My doctor told me if I️ test positive to start taking it every other day instead of daily until I️ see her. Everyone is different though l. Don’t stop cold turkey
