Hey all, feel like I'm going around the twist! Just want some answers now (And a good moan!)

I'm on CD37, having tons of wet clear almost fertile looking CM when I go to the bathroom for over a week now, had the worst cramp and back pain for nearly three days keep thinking it's AF starting and then it's just not?

Have been trying for nearly four years now with a referral coming up in Jan to look at our options so it seems unlikely that I'd be pregnant when we haven't really been tracking properly but I just feel so off! Vivid dreams, cramps and a fizzing feeing that's hard to describe, really bad nausea on two or three mornings, a strange case of very mild thrush that I've never had before last week!

I caved and bought a test, used yesterday's FMU but got a bfn.

Should I bother buying any more to test or does it sound like I'm just symptom spotting?

Arghhhh advice anyone! Or of anyone else needs to vent :)
