Does anyone know if the ricotta in these is pasteurized?

The other cheese (the Romano) is pasteurized so is it safe to assume the ricotta is also pasteurized?

If it’s a masses produced item, it usually is pasteurized. The packaging should indicate whether or not it is.

Why does it matter? You are planning on cooking/heating it right? 
Unpasteurized cheeses are safe to eat as long as they are cooked until steaming hot all the way through.

If it's made in the U.S. it's pasteurized. But fyi even unpasteurized cheese is safe if it's heated.

I don't know but I'd still eat it anyways. If you're going to bake it, I don't see what harm could be done. Lol
