Anyone’s Water Break Before Dilating?

Question

So with my first at 35w5d I was 6 cm dilated and the dr broke my water.
I’m now 37w2d with my second and 1 cm dilated. 
I was just wondering if any other moms had their water break before being really dilated?

my water broke...only 1cm dialated...I progressed quickly after though.

Yup. My water broke and I was barely 2 cm dilated.

I woke up to a wet bed with my DD. I generally thought I wet the bed and told my DH so. I then went shopping with my sister and my Mum and whilst we were drinking tea I told them what had happened. They chucked me in the car and took me to the maternity ward and that’s when I found out it was my waters. The nurse never told me how much I was dilated but I was induced within 24hours.
