Hunger
I’m back on my diet after slacking badly and gaining 7 lbs back. I forgot how hungry I get when I’m dieting. I’m on a 1300 calorie diet & I work out 4-5 times a week. It works (I’ve dropped 3 lbs in 2 days) but I’m constantly starving. Even when I finish a meal I feel hungry an hour later. Does anyone have any tips to curb appetite and get rid of diet hunger.
