Pump and Dump Blues
I just had surgery today and my surgeon recommended that I pump and dump for 24 hours just so that we can be safe with the general anesthesia- something I agreed with. However after spending the last month worrying about depleting my freezer supply and worrying about getting my supply back up to where I’m on par with my daughter again (she started eating more and I started producing less) it is heartbreaking watching this milk go down the drain.
