Use H2Ocean spray! That’s what I’ve used on all of my piercings, and I also have my septum pierced 😊 either that, or sea salt mixed with warm water!

It's overactive scar tissue. I wouldn't worry about it. Follow up with your piercer and see if they can recommend anything. Mine recommended using this on the my piercing because I had the same thing. It should heal on its own, but it will take a while. Otherwise, try this.
