Any ideas for a teenage girl's birthday?

My husband and I rarely see my older stepdaughter.. I really want to do something nice for her 13th birthday.. she is tough to please, though. This won't of course be get main celebration, I'm sure her Mom will give her that!

Surprise her with a lovely breakfast in bed with a thoughtful birthday gift and than spend the day indulging in her favorite activity/activities together. She love it
