sleep training was hands down the best thing to happen in our house.... our girl was waking multiple times a night to feed, and once we weaned feeds we started sleep training and she's been sleeping thru the night for the last 5 months! soooooo worth it!

My daughter got to the point of barely sleeping at night around 6 months old. Her doctor said to sleep train. Sleep trained and now she sleeps from 7:30pm-6:30am without waking up. Best advice I ever received.

My son is 8.5 months and goes to sleep by 10pm and wakes up 1-2 times a night. For the past 3 days he has been waking up 3 times a night wanting to eat. I’ve tried everything. My son has only slept through the night when he was 3-4 months.

my daughter wakes 1-2 times. if its twice its around 1am and 4am. if once its around 3am. then she gets up at 7.30am
