fibroids and ttc

has anyone else had fibroids and gotten pregnant? I have to have an mri done and start taking lupron to shrinknthe fibroids I have so I can have surgery to remove them. my uterus is the size of a 16wk pregnancy without being prego. they wanna see if its bc of my fibroids or if I have adenomyosis. had anyone else ever dealt with either one of those and been able to conceive? ive been trying for 7 yrs and I'm losing all hope. Dr thinks I may not be able to carry.. on devastated.. I just wanna be a mom 😭
