TMI implantation bleeding?

Ok so I've been ttc the last year and had very irregular cycles due to having pcos and probably the stress from losing our daughter on st. Patrick's day 2016. I went on bc to try and regulate me and frankly just take a break from it all. well I stopped taking my bc in September and my husband and I have been bd a lot. Lol. anyway I'm estimated to have my period in about a week or so give or take (again I have pcos) so it's never really accurate and I don't know when exactly I ovulated so that makes it a little tougher to determine time line on things as well. so the past week I have been utterly exhausted with some slight cramping that even felt like it shot up in my leg for brief moments. earlier today I went to use the restroom and noticed one tiny drop of blood on my panties and just a little bit when I wiped so I put a pad on b/c I thought I was maybe just starting af early... which never happens. if anything I'm always late. does this look and sound like implantation bleeding
