Negative blood test. Neg HPT no AF WTF!!??

So I’m at CD41, no AF, 10 days late. Went and got a blood test and HPTs are negative. Wtf is going on? Have any of you ladies had this happen and ended of pregnant. I’m having ALL OF THE SYMPTOMS (except morning sickness, but i do get queasy eating certain foods). What in the hell is going on.
