My friend wants to change everything about herself

People call her names a lot like slut, bitch, insane, and other things and I think that's why she wants to change. But I like her for her and I'm scared for her to change. Idk what's she talking about "changing"

What does that mean? She wants to change completely everything about herself but what does she mean when she says that? Her looks? I don't want her to change her looks, she's a beautiful person. I don't understand. She said just wait till Monday and you'll see. But now I'm scared. Could someone please help me understand this?
