Wtf???

Af was supposed to arrive today, but ( sorry for the tmi) I always wear tampons a few days before that way I’m not surprised. Anyway no sign of blood on the tampon which is a little unusual. But, today I woke up with a “rash” under my chin. It wasn’t here yesterday. I’ve also had a headache today and craving healthy food and water- I don’t ever crave water. I don’t really like water. Help!
