I walked out of the hospital at my pre pregnancy weight. I only gained 17 lbs though, I was ALL baby.

I gained 25 lbs and am 18 days postpartum now and am 2 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight although I swear it's all boobs; I'm definitely flabbier than I was though.  I walked out of the hospital about 15 lbs down from my highest and have lost about 8 more lbs since I've been home.

I gained 22lbs during my pregnancy, 2 weeks postpartum I had lost 28lbs, unfortunately ate like a horse while breastfeeding & put 15lbs back on within a few months, now 9 months postpartum & still fighting to get rid of a stubborn 10lbs :)

literally 9lbs of the 25 I gained was my son, I'm estimating I lost 15lbs at birth
