Sibling going crazy?!

HELP!! I have an 11 month old and I’m scheduled to be induced Tuesday night! The past two nights my daughter who is usually the BEST baby has been super clingy. She cries when I leave the room, continues to cry when I come back in the room. Pretty much if I’m not holding her she starts to cry. She has had a cold for a week or so, so I’ve kinda marked most of the clinginess up to that. However, it seems like she is feeling better and getting over the cold but still super Whiney. Has anyone else’s baby flipped out before new baby was born? Maybe she knows something I don’t
