Omg this is the most painful and annoying thing I’ve been through thus far. I’m so over it at this point. I got this like topical ointment but I don’t know if it’s really doing anything. I was told “don’t sit for long periods of time” I’m a court reporter - so all I do it sit and type through trials 😩 so I don’t think it’s really going to get any better. I’m so frustrated. Any one else going through this currently, or did with a previous pregnancy.. any advice?
