lol. i am planning a med free birth and have been youtubing this stuff and its so empowering! just want to share with you ladies! 💜💜💜 if you watch some of these women who are birthing this way its just amazing. while yes we are planning a home birth it can even be used for a hospital birth. Our bodies were made for this if animals can go epidural free surely we can as well. And these women who use this method say they pracitcally are having pain free births!
