Yoga and Pregnancy
Does anyone have a yoga or other exercise practice that they are continuing throughout their pregnancy but with modifications? My yoga practice had admittedly slowed down, from 5 days a week to about 2 days a week (1 hours 15 mins each session). Also, I no longer engage in deep twists or any on-the-belly backbends. I also try and stay as hydrated as I can. No hot yoga. And child’s pose breaks when I get too tired.
How about it yogis and fit mommas? Any other tips you find to help keep fit while pregnant?
