TTC 10 months?

I know they say it takes the average couple about a year to conceive but it’s been 10 months and I’m already worried! I’ve used preseed and checked my cervical mucus and relaxed, but now I’m at a lost.

I was wondering what’s the best prenatal for trying to conceive and also the best opks to use?

Should I buy the fancy machine or the sticks for opks? I feel like I’ll stress out more if I use opks.. so does that mean I should just check my nasal thermometer??? I’m getting so frustrated.. Should I even go to the doctors or should I go to a fertility clinic? 😭
