I’m so sad

I went to the Er because they thought at my dr I was having an eptopic pregnancy well come to find out I’m not even pregnant just a cyst on my left ovary :( I don’t know why I got a vvfl in a FRER! But it was only our first month trying I’m keeping my head held high it’ll happen when god knows it should!
