HELP! What should I do ? Vbac rights ?

I'm currently 35w3d and I will be trying for a vaginal birth. I'm a good candidate... however the doctors office I've been going to has told me that there is one doctor who does and will not do Vbacs. So if by chance I go into labor and she is the one on call, they tell me that I have no other choice but to have a c section. I want to know if anyone has any advice or could tell me my rights ? Could I refuse ?

You don’t HAVE to do another csection unless it’s an emergency ofcourse, so I’m 99% sure you have rights to say something

I would have a back up hospital or doctor just in case that happens. you can refuse But you will be in a better position if you have an alternative  option.

Just like everyone is saying it's your choice unless it's an emergency. tell them you are doing the v bac and you want a diffrent doctor. you have the right and if they refuse tell them you want and have the right to talk to someone higher then all of them and you want to speak to them now. if they have the problem then maybe you can be transferred.
