serious help plz

so this bitch stood my friend up and made him feel dumb for liking her and like doing so much to get to spend time with her. he's a good friend like fam to me so yea I got pissed when he messaged me about it. he's been talking to her on fb and texting for like months okay then he just met her mom and she's been telling him how she's so into him, how sexy he is and that she wants sex and she hopes his sons like her and all this then she's suddenly being distant with him and stands him up bc he was spost to go pick her up to spend time at his house and she's telling him that her daughter was having a hard time going to sleep bc her brother or some family was gonna watch her anyway she doesn't really tell him what's going on and doesn't apologize from what I got from him. she has also told him she's moving back to her home state saying she's only here for visiting but I used to work with her like months ago and before that I worked with her at another place so to me her story sounds kinda fishy but I don't say anything bc he's my homie and I want it to work out for him with this girl. we both don't understand why she did this bullshit to him. like wtf... did she get scared or was she just playing him bc she wanted dick? I know it's not my business but my friend is hurting and I want to try to answer his questions of why did she do this to him and make him feel like a fool? I know exactly how he feels too and it sucks. sorry it's long just ugh why do girls do this to guys? he's a good man he doesn't deserve some bullshit. seeing the words I've typed myself of what's wrong with me? why did this happen? fucking broke my heart like wtf happened with this girl. why did she act interested then just bail on him?
