preseed

So, I am 22, engaged to the love of my life, ttc, and have PCOS... I had heard about preseed so, we figured we would give it a try. I do not have periods due to my PCOS but, since we started using preseed I have been having sharp cramping pains below my abdomen. I'm not sure if it is menstrual cramps and I might be getting a visit from AF soon, if it's ovulation cramping, or if it could be implantation cramping because I did have a spot of blood when I wiped yesterday but, that was it... any advice in general on preseed or the type of cramps I'm having is welcomed and very much appreciated!! :)
