MC disguised as AF?

Can a miscarriage be disguised as period?

I’m usually 26 day cycle the last 3 months and my last cycle I️ had really really sore boobs like I’ve never had before for almost 2 weeks before my af was due. But it still came.

This cycle I️ -think- I️ got an lh surge 1 week later than I️ should’ve and I️ didn’t get any ewcm like I️ normally do. Also didn’t get any signs of ovulation from saliva test.

My period is also 5 days late this month and testing negative.

Possible that I️ got a Mc so not ovulating yet and waiting for my period to come back?
