I️ have no idea how to start...

So I’m a girl and there is the girl that I️ feel I️ have feelings for but I️ have no idea how to tell her. I️ haven’t asked for advice from any of my friends because she’s is in my friend group and I’m afraid she’ll find out before I️ have a chance to tell her myself. The reason I️ haven’t told her is that I’m pretty sure she doesn’t like me like that. Do any of you have any advice on how I️ should tell her?
