colposcopy and extra enlarged uterus

has any one ever have to go through this. I had a pap smear about a month ago and it come back abnormal. they also done the hpv testing and the 2 strains they test for both come back positive. now I have to have an ultrasound done to see what is causing my enlarged uterus. And I go later this week to have the colposcopy done. has anyone ever had it done and if so how bad did it hurt. was u scared. please no negative comments. none of this is helping my anxiety issues right now
