early labor?

tmi but i’ve been using the bathroom more(#2) for the past two days and have had more watery discharge than usual and yesterday I went to pee and noticed that my underwear was wet,it didn’t have a color or an odor so it wasn’t just me wetting myself.also been having a ton of lower back pain and hip pain as well,could this possibly be signs of early labor? i’m 34 weeks as of today and go back to the doctor this week so will be bringing all of this up to him as well just want some opinions
